This is located behind security in terminal A and is a solid spot to get bagels. They aren’t the best bagels but they are better than most of the bagels that you get from the airport which was a pleasant surprise. I got an egg and cheese bagel and that did the job for breakfast in the morning.

Conveniently located in Newark Airport, Ess-a-Bagel is a decent option if you need a quick bite before your flight, but it wasn’t particularly memorable. The food was fairly mediocre. It’s convenient when you’re short on time, but otherwise not really worth going out of your way for.

Price is a little steep, but it’s expected since it’s airport food. The signature bagel was delicious and they were very generous with the ingredients. Even though there was a line, we got our bagel within a reasonable time

By far one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. The service was fast, and it’s clear they weren’t sacrificing quality for speed. Their smoked salmon portion size was huge, and all the ingredients were clearly fresh. Would come here again!

Just arriving back to NJ/NY, I was looking forward to a great bagel. I had an egg on a sesame bagel. The bagel was dry with a few sesame seeds and the egg was a pre made pattie. The service was good. As for the food, it is an airport-average at best and overpriced.
